Brandon Yard property photography for Knight Frank, Bristol

31 March 2020

Just before the lockdown for COVID-19, I was approached by property agents Knight Frank who required a luxury apartment at Brandon Yard, Bristol, shooting on behalf of their client.

Although the vast majority of my property photography work is produced for private developers and individuals, when high end agents such as Knight Frank approach me, I’m always keen to shoot for them due to the luxury nature of their portfolio.

In this instance, Knight Frank were keen to receive some professional photographs to drive sales and show clients ‘actual’ images of the Brandon Yard development, rather than using computer generated renderings which had been used for previous listings.

The luxury apartment at Oculus House, Brandon Yard, features an open plan living space with direct access onto a large, west facing terrace. There are two double bedrooms with the master bedroom including a modern en-suite bathroom. In addition, the apartment features beautiful arched windows that Knight Frank were keen to capture,

The above shots show a sample of the images taken over a period of 2 hours, with multiple exposures taken in each room to capture both internal and external details.
