Brandanes DVD

Branding / Print Design

The Isle of Bute in Scotland is a special place. Everyone on Bute has a deep connection to their island and a rich history to share, full of wit and perseverance through good times and bad. Brandanes: The People of Bute by John Bute and Mel Agace is a DVD that grew out of a desire to record these stories from Bute in a living archive. It quickly became an intimate portrait of an island and its people and I was delighted to be asked to design the DVD artwork.

Mel Agace – Cinematographer

“I had the pleasure of working with Philip recently on a film project called ‘Brandanes’. Philip conceived and designed the branding and marketing materials for the project which were incredibly beautiful. Philip took incredible care over the execution and costings of the overall budget and delivered well within deadlines. It was a highly pleasurable experience working with him and I hope to do so again in the near future.”
