As an established property photographer in Bath, I shoot regularly for private developers who often require images shooting whilst construction is still underway on site (this was the case for my last shoot at Richmont House). In late July, I was asked to join the team at Holburne Park to capture their latest show home. This would then allow listings for the current phase of properties to be published for sale and for the next phase of construction to commence.
Holburne Park is one of Bath’s newest developments and is located close to the stunning Sydney Gardens and Holburne Museum. Built exclusively out of Bath stone, the development offers both luxury and affordable living for residents in what is arguably one of the most sort after locations in Bath.
The new show home on Holburne Park consists of a 3 story town house, with a stunning kitchen on the ground floor and living areas/bedrooms situated on the first and second floors. Usually for a property of this type, I would look to shoot in a style to show off all the outside spaces through the large windows. However, with construction still on-going on additional phases of the development, I photographed the property with lots of light flooding through the windows to best show off the property and to really focus the viewer on the internal details and finishes.
The above shots show a sample of the images taken for Holburne Park, with separate shoots organised to capture the internal and external images (due to weather). Additional shoots will be taken throughout the year to capture lifestyle images for brochures as well as additional property images and new plots are completed.
