With more and more private sellers looking to sell their properties independently via sites such as Purple Bricks, I’m often contacted by clients seeking professional property photography. Often the main reason for listing privately is to avoid paying high commission fees on the final sale and clients contact me to shoot professional images to showcase their property and maximise their selling potential.

Recently, I shot a luxury 4-bed townhouse in Bath for a private seller listing on Purple Bricks. Consisting of 3 floors with balcony and terrace views over Lansdown Hill in Bath, the property was finished to an exceptional standard. My client had already prepared their written content and wishing to upload their listing for weekend sales traffic, contacted me to see if a shoot on Thursday would allow for enough time for me to both shoot and edit images. Although a quick turnaround (usually I require 48 hours to edit), I was able to photograph the property on Thursday morning and deliver final edited by Friday evening. This included returning to the property on Thursday evening to capture and external of the front when the sun was in the correct position to best highlight the property built from the iconic Bath stone. In addition, I helped my client with dressing the property to ensure it was shown in its best light.

My client was delighted with the images, leaving the following 5-star review on my Google Reviews page.

The above shots show a sample of the images taken over a period of 3 hours, with multiple exposures taken in each room to capture both internal and external details.
